Nexsler Inc. ("Nexsler", "we", "us") provides cloud‑based digital assistance software (the "Service") to business customers ("Customers"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Data in connection with the Service, our websites, and related activities.Roles and Responsibilities
For information we process on behalf of Customers through the Service ("Customer Data"), Nexsler acts as a processor/service provider. Customers are responsible for their own privacy notices and for obtaining any consents required. For information we collect for our own purposes (e.g., account administration, marketing), Nexsler is the controller/business.Information We Collect
• Account & Contact Information – name, business email, phone, job title, billing address, credentials.
• Service Usage Data – log files, IP addresses, device identifiers, feature interaction, time stamps.
• Customer Data – content, files, and instructions Customers or their end users submit to the Service.
• Communications – support tickets, feedback, survey responses.
• Marketing Data – newsletter sign‑ups, event participation, cookies and similar technologies.How We Use Information

b. set up and manage Customer accounts;
c. respond to inquiries and provide support;
