   Nexsler Inc. ("Nexsler", "we", "us") provides cloud‑based digital assistance software (the "Service") to business customers ("Customers"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Data in connection with the Service, our websites, and related activities.

2. Roles and Responsibilities
   For information we process on behalf of Customers through the Service ("Customer Data"), Nexsler acts as a processor/service provider. Customers are responsible for their own privacy notices and for obtaining any consents required. For information we collect for our own purposes (e.g., account administration, marketing), Nexsler is the controller/business.

3. Information We Collect
   • Account & Contact Information – name, business email, phone, job title, billing address, credentials.
   • Service Usage Data – log files, IP addresses, device identifiers, feature interaction, time stamps.
   • Customer Data – content, files, and instructions Customers or their end users submit to the Service.
   • Communications – support tickets, feedback, survey responses.
   • Marketing Data – newsletter sign‑ups, event participation, cookies and similar technologies.

4. How We Use Information
   We use information to:
   a. provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
   b. set up and manage Customer accounts;
   c. respond to inquiries and provide support;
   d. improve and develop the Service;
   e. send administrative and marketing communications (where permitted);
   f. comply with law and enforce our agreements.
   We rely on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, consent, and legal obligations as appropriate.

5. How We Share Information
   We disclose information:
   • to trusted subprocessors that perform services such as hosting, customer support, analytics, and email delivery;
   • within our corporate group;
   • to authorities or others as required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property;
   • to a successor in the event of merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
   We do not sell Personal Data.

6. International Transfers
   We may transfer Personal Data outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.

7. Data Security
   We implement technical and organizational measures aligned with industry standards (e.g., encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, security testing) to protect Personal Data.

8. Data Retention
   We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce contracts. Customer Data is retained according to the Customer’s instructions and our agreement.

9. Your Rights
   Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your Personal Data, or to portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@nexsler.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
    We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites for functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools.

12. Children
    Our Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them.
